Their material says to go back and re-study from scratch if your process is interrupted but their quiz restriction makes this impossible. They have only 15 quizzes in each segment, already inadequate, but after THEY feel you know enough cut the quiz down to 5 questions. Call to try to understand this, they rude, arrogant, superior, but they don't want to faciltitate your learning or getting your money's worth out of the course. Online learning is intended to be self directed. These folks act like a third world govenment telling you what you can and can't do. In my case they even doubted my word and called the referring company, is if my paying them had anything to do with the referral.
If I pay for something I want service. These folks don't know what that is. I am now struggling to get a refund on the course and plan to use another provider. They feel my scores are high enough to pass an exam, but since it has been four weeks since this occured due to family issues, and I want to go over their information and test again with the 15 quizz questions they refuse and talk over you. They are rude and accusatory. This is un-necessary, I'm not halfway through grad school at a major University, I'm a customer who expects to get what I pay for. If you are considering using this company to get your license, don't!! In the end you'll be fighting to get your money back while you have to go somewhere else to get the education you are paying for.
They have zero customer service or technical support and the coures do not prepare you to pass the state exam. I called around to multiple insurance companies that hire new agents and most said they have burned by examFX ABLE corp courses and cannot get their new agents licensed. If you focus not only on the correct answer but also on the wrong answers you learn that in many cases three things are NOT covered in a "what is covered" question and three things that ARE covered in a "what is not covered" question so it's not simply a matter of memorizing the answers.
